Theo Ezenwoye, Geotechnical Engineer with BedrockGeo. With Bachelor’s degree in Geophysics from Covenant University. He has a Master’s degrees from the University of New South Wales Australia in Petroleum engineering and the second masters of Geoscience from Macquarie University. Theo was assessed as a Geotechnical engineer by the Engineers Australia. For the past 7 years, Theo has gained adequate experience working, managing, monitoring and coordinating projects, spanning across Oil & Gas, construction and mining industries. Theo is currently working as a geotechnical engineer at M6 Stage 1 Tunnel Motorway Project.

Muhammed is an Engineering Geologist with 7 years of experience across the mining industry and geotechnical disciplines in Australia. Muhammed has a consultancy background and worked on a wide range of civil Geotech and mining projects including Operational Geotech Roles, Open Pit Studies, Various Geotechnical Drill Programs and Sydney Metro. Muhammed is currently providing on site operational Geotech support for BHP at the Newman and Jimblebar Open Pit’s in WA.

Cristian is a Geological Engineer with 8 years of professional experience. He completed a Master's in Mineral Resources and Geological Hazards. His experience includes underground mining, road infrastructure construction projects, geotechnics, geomechanics, geological mapping, and seismic data acquisition. Cristian is currently working on M6 Stage 1 Tunnel Motorway Development in Sydney, providing geological field mapping supporting activities related to geotechnics. 

Karma Yezer
Engineering Geologist

Karma isa geological/geotechnical professional with experience working as an engineering geologist in both Australia and Bhutan. In Bhutan, Karma worked on hydropower projects, contributing to geological mapping, ground investigation, slope assessment, and rock mass evaluation for infrastructure development. Currently, Karma is involved in the HumeLink East project in Australia, supporting transmission line foundation investigations through pile boring supervision, geotechnical logging, and field testing activities. I enjoy working on large-scale infrastructure projects and applying practical geotechnical knowledge in challenging field conditions'.

Today, he plays a vital role at BHP’s Oak Dam Project, where he is focused on the comprehensive geotechnical logging campaign on site. Surya’s meticulous approach to geological and geotechnical data collection and his deep understanding of subsurface environments make him an invaluable asset in derisking complex projects and ensuring the structural success of major mining projects.

Garrett has 13 years of diverse experience across civil, geotechnical, mining, and mineral exploration sectors throughout Australia and aboard.

Garrett is currently working as a Senior Resource Geologist at Beacon Minerals, managing a resource RC and Diamond drillout program. Key strengths include geological mapping, drill-hole logging, targeting, structural interpretation, project management, and adherence to work health and safety compliant procedures. Garrett specialises in hands-on field roles, delivering efficient real-time communication to management and applying strong problem-solving skills to ensure projects are executed safely and successfully till completion.

Juan Felipe is a Colombian Geologist with over 7 years of professional experience across underground mining, open-pit mining, geotechnical logging, and resource exploration in Colombia and Australia, with exposure to commodities including emeralds in Colombia and coal in Australia. His key experience includes exploration drilling support, geological and geotechnical logging, geological mapping, geological interpretation, sampling processes, and resource evaluation. He is currently engaged as an Exploration Geologist with Pantoro Gold at the Norseman Gold Project in Western Australia.

His background includes grade control, geological mapping, core logging, structural interpretation, geological modelling, and QA/QC programs supporting mining and resource development projects. He is currently providing operational geology support to Beacon Minerals in Western Australia, contributing to safe and efficient mining through geological interpretation, ore control, and production support activities.

Kishan Ahya
Geotechnical Engineer

Kishan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Gujarat Technological University (GTU), India. He has over five years of professional experience in India and Australia in geotechnical engineering, with expertise in piling works, borehole logging, geotechnical site investigations, and technical report preparation. He is currently working as a Geotechnical Engineer on the HumeLink East Project in New South Wales, where he contributes to foundation piling, geotechnical investigations, borehole logging, and geotechnical reporting.

Fabio López

Fabio is an Ecuadorian Geological Engineer with over five years of experience working across porphyry copper systems in South America. His background includes regional mineral exploration programs, geological and geotechnical logging, geological mapping, geochemical analysis, Terraspec spectroscopy, IoGas interpretation, and geological modelling. Fabio is currently working on Greatland Gold’s Telfer Project in Western Australia, supporting geotechnical logging, sampling, and exploration activities across the project. He enjoys field-based work and is focused on continuing to develop his technical and operational experience within active mining and exploration environments.

Francisco Otamendi

Francisco is a Geologist currently working with Bedrock Geo on the Pantoro Gold exploration project in Norseman, Western Australia. His work focuses on supporting AC and RC drilling programs through geological logging, sample management, and exploration data collection. He has experience in greenstone-hosted gold systems and enjoy contributing to the successful delivery of exploration programs in remote environments. He looks forward to continuing to develop his career in mineral exploration with Bedrock Geo.

His background includes RC and diamond drilling supervision, geological and geotechnical logging, geological mapping, core analysis, geochemistry, and QA/QC in FIFO and remote field environments. He is currently working on the Stage 1 Bonney Downs Project in Western Australia, providing geotechnical support for piling works.

Lockie Hobbs
GEOLOGIST/Geotech

Lockie is a Geologist/Geotech experience across exploration, mining, and Civil geotechnical Projects in New Zealand and Australia. He is currently managing the execution of a geotechnical investigation for the development of a rare earth mineral mining Project in southern Greenland. This demanding project involves harsh environmental conditions and a technically complex scope involving down hole surveying, packer testing, permafrost monitor installs and a suite of soil and rock testing.
